LaunchPad and the plan
LaunchPad has been in the works since 2017 and we plan on getting everything ready to go for 2021. To start off we are a small company based out of Salt Lake City Utah. Our vision is to create a living environment without limitations. This will be optained by creating an infastructure of buildings with movalbe rooms.
This means each room in every building will have the ability to be moved from one to the other. You live in Denver but get a job offer in San Jose? Awesome! Lets get you there in the easeiest way possible so you don't have to worry about anything but packing some of your more fragile valuables.
Each room will be able to be moved across the country within a week from taking the room out of building 1 and getting it ready to go in building 2. We plan to have 20 buildings by the end of 2030 to create a network of places to live and work.

James Sales
Founder
James enjoys programming and making things by hand. He owns his own software company and a small snowboard and longboard manufacturing company. His background is in business administration and computer programming. This entire project has been his brainchild for well over 3 years now and he works tirelessly at getting it up and running.
Chris Jenkins
Chief Development Officer
Chris spends most of the work day as a morgtage loan officer helping people buy and refinance homes. He was brought on the team as a founding memebr to help secure funding and land for each building and is an integral part of planning everything. He enjoys cars and spending time with his family.
