Investment opportunities

To start the realization of our work we need to create a proforma. This entails a design package from an architect firm with everything needed to secure a construction loan. This is expected to be no more than $200,000 in total for everything from designs to city code filings and surveys. If you would like to support us at the first step this would be the one to start with! This investment will result in a percent stake in the company as a whole.
The construction loan we will be taking out for the first building will only cover 85% of the total cost which leaves 15% of the total cost uncovered. We require that 15% to initilize construction and expect this to be $10 million at most. This is the most crucial investment round we will be having and will result in a 10 year proffit share from the first building.
For each building after the first one we will require money down for the construction loans AND the purchase of land. Investing in this tier will be almost franchise like. Investors will be expected to help secure everything from land and construction quotes to city code meetings and approval. This tier will also result in revenue sharing.
